Learn to control the tempo of the game when you lose a player.
Players are to learn to control possession and keep defensive shape in the middle and attacking thirds when players are lost to injury or a red card.

Set Up:
30 X 25 split into 3 equal areas 25 x 10m
Once 3 passes are made an additional defender from red comes in and another after 6 and so on.
If blue team in BP feel under pressure they are to try and release the ball to the team in black who will then maintain BP with the reds progressively adding defenders based on passing numbers.
Can reds slow the play down to allow team mates to keep shape and set up defensively.

Set Up:
Team in BPO need to control the tempo of the game and slow the attack down as they go down a player.
We need to keep our shape and have players drop into position in BPO to accommodate the player that gets "sent off" to avoid being caught out.
Can we keep possession as long as possible in the BPO>BO moments of the game.
