Volley-Free Kicks (15 mins)

Set Up:

Players are split into 4 teams, team who gets the most goals at the end of the session wins!

If the Goalkeeper saves it, they get a point for their team.

Station #1

-Players will be volleying on net off a rebound net. 2 touches maximum!

Station #2

Players will take turns doing free kicks, with rebound boards acting as a "wall".

Breakaways to goal (15 mins)

Set Up:

Using part of the field, players will do breakways to goal.

If you score you get a point, if the goalie saves it, they get a point.

Only have 6 seconds to get to goal, make sure coach counts it out!
