4 lines with 2-3 players in each line
Spread out to the corners of half field
Objective
Start at one side of the goalline
Pass the ball and then 3/4 speed to the line you passed to
When accepting the ball, first touch needs to be towards your next pass
Get in ready position to accept pass
Lead the player with your pass
Work on passes to their feet, passes in the air, and even difficult passes and work on bringing all those balls to either feet or towards your next pass
Everyone standing in line needs to be doing static stretching in between turns
