Shooting technique warm up pt1
Shooting technique warm up- 1- Players dribble to and round the cone directly in front of them before taking a shot on goal. For the first minute of two just allow the players to work on their shooting technique with their laces, then progress to shooting into the far post
- 2 - Place cones at different distances from eachother. The first two players go at the same time, the player who's cone is closer hopefully gets their shot off first and then becomes a defender against the other player in a 1v1 situation.
