Setup:

Line of cones in wide channel
Activity:
Winger dribbles down line and uses disguise, fakes, etc. to serve cross.
Defender must stay on their side of cones and tries to block cross.
3v3 in the box
Coaching Points:
+ Attackers - no straight runs; tread water to wait for cross
+ Defenders - Get flipped around - see ball and attacker; Defend dangerous space and attacker at same time

Setup:
Endzones are 20x15. Middle zone is 20x10.
3 teams of 6.
In possession setup with back four, #6 & #8.
Defending team presses with 3 and 3 in middle zone
Activity:
Only defense can score. 1 point for scoring behind CB's (setup 8 yard wide gate).
Must make 2-3 passes in zone before option to transfer to far zone.
Opposite team may send a player into MF zone to help transfer.
Coaching Points:
~ COMMUNICATE - put advice on each pass
~ 2-touch rhythm - 1 touch to break pressure
~ Look for diagonal passes (instead of straight forward ones)
~ Pressing team - front 3 pressing as unit; middle 3 defending passing lanes

Attack setup with 2 CBs, 3 MF, 3 F; Defend with back 4 plus 3 MF

Activity:
Ball starts on CBs who play into midfielders with goal of playing into forwards to attack the goal.
Defense tries to win ball and pass to targets at midfield.
Coaching Points:
+ Using CBs to break pressure
+ Timing of checks into midfield by Front 3; Add in runs behind
+ #9 dropping into midfield
+ #8/10 getting wider than usual since defensive wingers don't pinch in

Activity:
Ball starting with punt. Win ball in air and then switch point of attack looking for diagonal vertical passes.
Normal soccer rules.
Coaching Points:
+ White team should have wingers mark #2/#3 to get used to Kamiakin
+ White man-mark outside backs and 3 center mids
