Description: High Intensity One-Two 20min
Divide players in groups of 3
Place a set of tree cones at two steps from each other
Place a pole at 15 steps from last cone
Place another set of tree cones at 15 steps from the pole
Place a player (receiver: red player) on the pole
Phase 1
The first player in line dribbles the tree cones
The same player performs a quick one-two with the receiver
The same player receives the ball and goes to dribble the other set of cones
Phase 2
At the end of the last cone he turns and performs a quick one-two with the receiverThis time is the receiver that collects the ball and passes it to the other player in line

Description: Transition Game 30min
The players are divided in two groups of 11: 10 outfield + 1 keeper
Divide the playing area in 2 halves: 20x20 steps each
At 20 steps from the end of the playing area place the goal
At the end of the other half place two small gates.
Players in red start the possessiongame
After they have performed tree passes 3 red players can perform a T2A with a pass to the red player in the other half of the pitch
At this point 3 red and 1 blue player can transfer to the second half of the pitch
Can they score?
If the blue team wins the ball in the area A they can score in one of the two gates.
If the blue team wins the ball in the area B they have to perform the 3 passes before to perform a T2A and score in the little gates

Maximum 4v2 in every area
Two touches football
