Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): 3 Teams 2v2 with 2 Outside Support Players

3 2v2 w/ Wingers (20 mins)

Organization:

- Create a playing field 30 x 25 yards as diagramed with two 5 yard wide support zones for "nuetral players" and two mini-goals (no goalies).

- Divide players into 3 equal teams with different colored pinnies.

- Teams without ball is defense creating a 4v4 situation.

- Team with possession can utilize outside support players.

- Play three 6 minute increments rotating nuetral players.

- Team with most goals.

Progressions:

1. limit the team in possession to 3 touches.

2. limit the team in possession to 2 touches.

3. limit the team in possession to 1 touch.
