Pre - Season conditioning (30 mins)

8 v 8 game with 1 large goal and 1 small goal 20 x 40 yard pitch, no throws, fast play, play on at every oppurtunity, high intensity, No coaching.

Required to have 8-10 balls available on peremetre to ensure quick continuation.

Keeper must throw ball in within 5 secs, and can only save with hands 1 once in consecutive attacks.

Blue/Red Team score = 3 points vs Keeper

Red/Blue Team score = 1 points - No keeper

Teams will swap in second half - so they can v keeper.

Loosing Team will need to cunduct a total of 20 Burbeep's each - counted by the winning team.
