Type: Ball Mastery Warm Up
Objectives: Kick other peoples balls out of the grid while keeping yours in the grid.
Equipment: 4 cones to make a square. 10 by 10 ft to start maybe ?
Instructions:
Every player will have a ball. Players will driible around the square, when coach yells go, players are allowed to go and try to kick away other players balls out of the square.
Progressions:
Square gets smaller and smaller.

Type: Ball Mastery
Objectives: Checking your shoulder, proper receiving.
Equipment: 6 cones - 2 of each being the same colour for gates. 2 same colour cones so players know where to stand.
Instructions:
Player A will play a ball to Player B. While the ball leaves Player A's Feet, Player A will have to shout a gate colour. Player B will have to receive/turn with the ball and go through that colour gate then shoot on the net.

9. Open gate, Close the gate back
10. Forward leg kicks, Backward kicks back
11. Side rockers there, Front rockers back
12. Two jumping knees to chest, sprint, jog for water.
