Goal of this drill: Create passing lanes, paritcularly playing it down the line to your teammate
- focus on make accurate passes for players to control while making runs down the line
- control the pass from your teammate, look up to see where you are dribbling then make a move at the pole
- once players dribble half way to the cones they will pass the ball to the next player in line

Goal of passing drill: Achieve a high pace environment
Players need to control their teammates passes. The best skill to use is one touch passing. Remember to follow your pass and always be on your toes and ready.
Instructions: A player (top left) at one of the cones will begin by sending a pass across to their teammate. At the same time as this, this player runs half way and stops to recieve this pass back, which they will send a through ball to this player.. repeat. Aim for fluid passes/transition

"Wide Wingers"
Practice attacking scenarios using the wing. Use the wing players and practice different decisions (give and go or long passes)
Once the ball is wide, look to play the ball near the posts or back towards the penalty area

To start: Go over gameplay situations without defenders to help them practice pass accuracy and making different choices. Primarily focus working the ball down the line.
- have players focus on making runs and moving without the ball and getting to their spots
- allow for individuality

Goal: Players without the ball focuson dynamic strecthing while other players are dribbling within the coned section, trying different skill moves as if there teammates were defenders.
Then we have a nice and easy cool down of passing lanes where they focused on controlling the ball and doing an inside or outside turn finishing it off with a pass to their teammate

Goal of drill: One touch passing lines. Make good controlled passes to your teammate. Take a extra touch if absolutely necessary
Aim of the session: achieve a fast pace, accurate passing, fast pace to prepare for game environment
Instruction: Player 1 passes the ball to player 2 who passes it right back to player 1. Then player 1 passes the ball to player 3 and takes over the place of player number 2, who recieves a dircect pass from player 3. The old number 2 goes in the back of the line of line 3. The "new" number 2 passes the ball over to number 4 who pass it directly over to player 5.
