Activity 1 (45 mins)

Equipment: Ball, 1 cone

Directions: Techne Weekly Session via the App

Access by clicking the soccer ball and going to dribbling

Coaching Points:

Speed of play

maximize touches

use multiple parts of the foot

ball control

Messi (small, close to body) vs Ronaldo (bigger, into open spaces) touches

Exit touch out of turn (first touch out of turn should take you where you want to go

Head up to find open space

Activity 2 (45 mins)

Turn Superset

Equipment: 1 ball, 2-4 cones/markers- Cones set 5X5

Directions: Players start in between the two start cones. Player dribbles to other end, turns and comes back to the start. Player must go to each cone. Complete the set 3x:
