Organization: 2 lines at either end of goal. once keeper in the midle shooters at either line. each player with a ball
Instructions: Player strikes the ball with the ain to score between the two tall cones. If they shot but miss or the goal keeper saves it. they return to the same line with the ball. Immediately after the goal keeper spins around and tries to save a shot from the opposite line. if the striker scores however they continue forward and become the goal keeper. They attempt to save a shot from the opposite line they shot from. The prevous goal keeper goes into line with a ball and replaces the goal scorer.
Coaching Points:
lock your ankles
strike the ball with your laces (big knuckle)
supporting foot points toward your target
follow through straight to your target
knee over the ball when looking to keep the ball down
Make contact in the middle of the ball

Organization: One goal keeper. Two lines of shooters. Each player with a ball.
Instructions: Players work on striking the ball with thier laces to the far post. Players dribble to the central cone before cutting in and striking the ball with their laces.
Coaching Points:

place supporting foot slightly in from of rolling ball in order to keep knee over the ball at point of contact.

Players on outside have a ball each, 1 gk, 3 attackers, 1 defender
Instructions:
Players on inside have only 1 touch each, they have to try and score! Once the ball is out of play the next ball is immediately played in. Each team of 3 gets a score out of how servers are on the outside of the area.
Coaching Points:
1. Awareness before receiving ball
2. Choice of surface to finish
3. Observation of GK and team mates
4. Positive attitude to finishing

Organization:
3 cones set up either side of the goal, 2 teams.
Instructions:
Passing sequence as shown above. Next team starts once ball is passed across.
Coaching Points:
1. Receiving with side body shape
2. Always playing off back foot (furthest one away from ball)
3. Always passing to back foot
4. Quality of "set back"

Shooting warmup progressions
A) window shooting. Players attempt to shoot the ball through each others legs 2 pooints if it goes through 1 point if the ball hits their legs.
B) Gate passing. Working together to see how many times they can get it through the cones without touching them.
C) Triple Gate passing. 1,2, and 3 points. Working against each other to maximum points.
D) Horse. ex. Right foot two gates. Left foot 3 gates.
Maximize repetition and correct technical mistakes.
