  • We make 5 groups of 3 players.
  • 1 player at point A, 1 at B, & 1 at C.
  • player A passes the ball to player B, as soon as the pass is made C has to press on B.
  • Player B makes a return pass to A. During this move player C retracts backracking.
  • continue the same for sometime.
  • Change player positions after every few rounds.
  • Add intercepting the ball after sometime.

  • We make 2 teams, 9 in one and 6 in other.
  • The attacking team has 6 players outside the grid, they cant enter the grid. And 3 players inside the grid which they cant leave.
  • The red team has to keep the ball possession.
  • later on add condition that the red team gets 1 point when they switch the ball using the 3 players inside.
  • The Blue team has to defend and try to press as a team to win the ball. Once they win the ball they have to get the ball inside the zone and make 15 passes. (6 blue vs 3 red inside the zone).
  • As soon as the 3 reds inside get the ball they have to make the game wide by playing the ball to their teammates outside.
