Players start with their usual warm up. Session is based for 18 players (E1 can have 2 5's and 2 4's if all attend). If players not all attended adjust numbers as required.

Time: 30 Minutes
Set Up:
-50x50 grid with 2 large goals.
-Split players into 3 teams of 6.
-6v6 inside the grid with other team as common players on the outsides.
Exercise:
-Coach serves the ball into the grid.
-Team who gains possession looks to score and can use the yellow players.
-If a goal scored other team plays from their keeper.
-Play3x6 minutes.
-Yellow players can score and move into the grid if they get the ball but move back out when they shoot or release the ball.
-Switch teams after each 6 minutes.

-Fast pace to the passing.
-Lots of movement.
-Shoot on sight

-2 teams.
-Blue play in a 4-2-3 and red a 3-2-3.
Exercise:
-Play game in 11v11 rules.
-Link the first 2 exercises to the game.
Key Points:
-Move the ball forward into attacking areas quickly.
-Take shots when openings present themself.

Time: 15 Minutes
Set Up:
-40x40 split into 2 even sections.
-Split players into 4 groups of 4.
-Place balls 12 yards from mini goals.
Exercise:
-First player in blue and red start.
-They sprint to the middle, go around the cone and then shoot at the goal.
-Once the ball hits the net the first player in green and yellow go.
-This continues until all players end up the opposite side.
-See which groups wins.
-Switch groups around then so work with a different team (blue go where red are, red to green, green to yellow, yellow to blue).
-Complete 4 sets.
-Player who takes the shot resets the ball.

-Maximum speed and effort in the running.
-Accuracy of the finish.
