ORGANIZATION
4 x players on the outside + 4 players on the inside of the diamond.
Only 2 balls active at a time.
Players on the outside must play a wall pass with the player in the centre.

ORGANIZATION
4 vs 4 in the centre + 4 neutral players
4 goals placed at all corners of the field
CONDITIONS
A goal can only be scored in 1 of the 4 goals after successfully completing a wall pass with either a neutral player or a teammate around the defender.
COACHING POINTS
Engage defender before releasing the ball
Accelerate after player the 1-2 to receive in the vacant space
Communicate with teammate with non verbal body language + communication to recieve the ball back from the wall pass.

ORGANIZATION
2 x GK's, 4 VS 4 inside + 4 neutrals outside. 2 next to each goal post.
CONDITIONS
3 touch max on the inside, 2 touch max on the outside.
A goal can only be scored after playing a 1-2 with the wall player before shooting.
2 minute rounds, 3 rounds in total.
COACHING POINTS
Recycle the ball until opposition is isolated in a 2vs1 scenario to play the 1-2
Engage the defender
Create angle to become recipient of the wall pass
Play and go with speed to create angle to get the ball back from your teammate
Weight and direction of pass is essential to executing a successful 1-2
