defenders start in box, on coaches shout, sprint to possesion grids. must win possesion 3x sprint back to start grid. the quicker possesion is won, the more rest you get.
keys- angles, communication, pressure/cover.
switch the 4 defenders then repeat.

coach plays ball to either end of grid, 3 players go in from middle third and make an 8 vs 3 possession.
if 5 passes are made then play across to other end third, three new defender (in blue) go into press.
if team with the ball loses possession then they become the team in the middle and the drill restarts from the oppersite side.
