Description
Possession based practice looking at composure and how to keep possession looking for moments to penetrate.
- Only 2 defenders can press to make it 5v2 + 2GK’s (if the players find this too easy progression to 3 defenders)
- To Score the attacking team must penetrate through the defensive area (1 point) or a player can move into the area and bounce it out of the area (2 points)
- If the defending team wins possession they can score in either goal.

Description
'Build' v 'Break'
The team in red 'Break' must keep one player high up the court and once they have won possession they have 10 seconds to score.
The black team 'Build' must have every player in the oppoents half before they can score.
