Set Up 2 x Grids.
Group 1 are alternating short passes between players opposite playing the ball firmly through middle gate. One touch.
Group 2 are alternating long passes between players opposite playing the ball firmly accross to the other side, keeping in mind timing to ensure they do not make contact with other ball. Players are to receive long ball on one side of pole, control and play on other side of pole. Two touch.
Groups rotate after 90 seconds. Dynamic stretch for 90 seconds in between rotations.
