Strength&Power

Instructions:

-Rectnagle 10x5 with 6 cones

Player will dribble from cone 1 to 2, 2 to 3, etc. At each cone the player will complete certain activities before moving on to the next.

1-10 Alternating Lunges

2-10 Ball Squats

3-10 Ball Push-up

4-Ball Burpee

5-5 Squat Jumps

6-30 secs of in and outs

Exercise2:

Once the 1st circuit is complete rest for 1' then:

-Sprint at Full speed from 1-4 then jog back to 1 to Repeat circuit 1 again.

-After you complete the circuit the 2nd time Rest for 2' then

-Sprint at Full Speed from 1-5 then jog back to 1.
