4v4 Movement off the Ball
4v4 inside the area, goals are scored by completing a pass to your target player, A for the blues and B for the whites.
Side players, 1 and 2 can run to either side of the field but can only receive the ball outside of the field.
Once you score you may keep possession but must get the ball back into your own half before scoring again. Play to 5.
Coaching Points:
Constantly recycle your movement when you don't have the ball - If you move into a space where you are not a passing option move out and try again.
Target and side players make lateral movements to provide passing angles.
Communicate vocally and visually.
Ball player, pass to space to force teammate into correct position.
Progress to 3 touch on the inside, 2 touch on the outside. Then, if a pass is made to player 1 or 2, they enter play and the player who passed to them takes their place.

1 Touch Intro
Both teams have a ball and two target players. Teams pass it until every field player has touched it then pass to a target player who passes back in and the team goes the other way to their second target player.
Coaching Points
Teams are playing across each other so awareness and appropriate movement are key, keep your eyes up.
Players without the ball must constantly move into open space and communicate with the ball player to facilitate the one touch aspect.

Warm Up
Simple warm up to get players passing and moving. two teams with a ball each, passing and moving to players on their own team. Progress to 2 or 3 balls per team and then depending on performance add conditions such as left/right foot only, 2 touch etc.
When coach calls out "Go", players perform a given dynamic stretch out to one of the exterior cones and back into the warm up area.
