Key Concepts:
Passing and Rec. w/ some Pattern play. First few mins let them get the feel for the pattern. Make a compition and first group to 10 passes. Point is score when the ball returns to the starting cone.
Working with Outside backs -- Outside mids -- and 6/8 in a series of different passing drills focussing on movement and triggers.
Continues -- Two Balls -- Above drill starts with LB #3 who passes it into the #6 -- who lays off for CM (8) who plays to RM #2. First trigger is the touch out of the LB's feet, this initiates the #6 to check off then collect ball. Once ball is plyed the CM will check off their cone the move to get a lay off from No6 or 8. CM then passes ball to RM #2 -- #2 plays #7 and start the process over. (Players follow their pass)
At the same time the other group is passing within the same area -- Ball starts w/ the #7 who plays into the #5 who drops/lays off for the #4 -- who plays wide to the #11. #11 plays #3 and start the pattern over. (Players follow their pass)

Depending on the #'s -- 2 groups of 5 (4 blue 1 red)
Keep possesion and try to find the target on the other side. Play for a min or two, and then make a comp out of it. First team to 10 points.
Add your own restrictions and adjust as needed for your players. (ie. maybe restrict playing back to the deep player)

Organization: 20x25 square. 3v3 on inside with teammates on outside -- Blue team on corner -- Green team middle of grid. 5 passes = 1 point
Duration: 90 second games. Active players move to outside teammates
