Exercise: 6v4+2 - Two Zone Counter Press Rondo
Objective: Improve team's response in transition (Attack v Build - Press v Organize)
Set-up:
- Space: 25x40 (2 - 25x20 boxes)
Process:
- 3x5 minutes (2 min recovery)
- Overloaded team looks to combine for 7 passes for goal.
- Underloaded team looks to regain and transfer ball to opposite side to establish overload or finish (2 points)

5v2 w Dribbling Defenders
Objective: Improve individual habits in possession and in transition.
Set-up:
- Space: 8x10
- Process:
- Black 5 look to build 10 passes to score a point
- White 2 remain in the middle for 60 secs and look to regain the ball and dribble out a short end for a point.
- The defenders will rotate with the people on the outside.
Coaching Content:
- Individual habits of back foot, head up, body profile, speak through the ball
- Collective response to transition = Step forward when the ball is lost / Step backward on the regain of possession
