Keeper plays to a CB

CB first look is directly to striker 

Striker holds up the ball

CAM makes a run underneath the striker

Striker lays the ball off to the CAM who then plays a direct ball to the LAM or RAM who make runs into space

Keeper kicks it long

Keeper lets team know to move up and IN.

All players must be in central part of field to make sure the ball is challenged and ultimately won.

One player goes for initial challenge - Normally the striker

The remaining forwards must take a chance and make runs forward!

How we slide in low block

Low Block

Very compact - 

We cut the field - All players should be inside the opposite 18 yard box

2 takes wide player
11 presses the ball
10 slides across blocking the middle pass
9 makes sure the ball does not come back to other side
7 tucks in -preventing the pass across middle
8 slides to side of the ball
6 anchors the middle
3 occupies space defending the easy ball
4 covers the striker and communicates through out
5 Comes across to balance the back line

How we slide to the side in high block

High Block

5 makes sure the winger is covered
4 slides across to cover
3 covers striker or passes him on to 4
2 balance on other side
7 stays inside cutting passes- if ball goes out wide go to pressure
6-8 balance in the midfield - Do not get to pulled out
10 Cut all passes through middle
9 presses the ball
11 tucks inside to cover in midfield

Transition when we win the ball
