Screen 1 (5 mins)

Shooting:

Players start at a cone and pass to receiver.

The reciever then plays a wall pass back to the original person who then shoots into the goal

Person then gets his football and goes to the back of the queue

Screen 2 (5 mins)

Progression;

Goalkeeper is added.

The players now have a competition between themselves.

1 point for a goal scored, 2 points if hit cones in bottom corners, 3 points if hit bibs in top corners and 0 if the shot is saved. They lose a point if they miss the target. Winner is whoever has the most points at end of competition.

Small Sided Game

4 vs 4 with goalkeepers. Coaching team sets up in a 2-2 formation while non coaching team sets up in 1-2-1 formation.

Coaching team must try and score more goals than opposition team.

If ball goes out then play restarts from coaching team goalkeeper.
