If you do not have a server, you can always set a ball up as a stationary ball and dive to it.
**Note** The server does not need to kick they can throw or roll balls so anyone can serve

ORGANIZATION
Set a distance compared to your six yards box, with two cones at the end representing a goals.
Add two soccer balls at each end about three yards from the large cones.
First drill
GK will do all footwork (See below) from LEFT to RIGHT between the cones, at the last cone ,Touch at the large cone and quick acceleration and dive to the ball diagonally to you.
Back Pedal and start from the opposite side.
Repeat it four times at each side.
NOTES
1- Forward footwork and dive left x2 and Right x2
2. Sideways footwork, turn and dive the opposit way you were facing (2xs each side)
3. Shuffle - dive left 2xs and right 2xs
3- Keep your eyes up on the field always, don't look down.

Adavnceing the previous exercises.
Note: If you do not have 2 servers you can adapt (Explanation below)
Drill:
1 Step up and set for S1 and save a ball at head height
2. Sideways footwork over cones (or any obstacle you want to make) and save on a rolling ball
3. This should be performed 2xs and on each side.
4. (The progress will be: S1 play a medium ball & S2 throws a bouncing ball to dive)
5. ( Next progress will be : S1 will pass a ball to your feet, you will pass it back and save an air ball from S2 by diving at medium height)
Reinforce the points from before.

Variation of drills if you want to switch it up
Start at back cone, get forward around front cone, and dive to opposit cone...Repeat 3 times and switch sides

ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE DRILL: (If you have Servers to play you a ball)
Alternate from S1 to S2
Key points:
push off from inside foot, dive forwards and sideways, catch with two hands.
Quick from one side to the other;
Throw the ball back, not roll. Focussing on keeping hold of the ball. swap out when keepers have done one each side.

1. Sideways footwork over 4 cones (if no cones, pretend to have them or use socks)
2. Step forward and set
3. Have a server throw a ball at head height 3xs, Medium hieght 3x, roll on ground 3xs
4. Do these from both sides
