Their will be two groups of each exercise, I have counted for 24 players, 3 players per group.FIGURE A
Start at (1) on left hand side of cone, sprint around mannequin and back peddle to center (2), to side step to left (3), to then side step to furthest side (4) and side step back in the middle and sprint out
(5). Repeat second set doing it the opposite side. Distance to mannequin is 10metre, side cones are 3metres apart each way.
FIGURE B
Start at (1), sprint to (2), then to (3), then to (4), then to (5) , then to (6) to sprint all the way out.
Distance is over 15 meters, being 5metres apart.
FIGURE C
Speed ladders, start at red cone jog to ladder then explode to 100% thru ladders all the way thru and sprint out 5metres to the end.

Start on left hand side of cone, sprint to and around mannequin (1), back peddle to right side pole (2), then moving around and sprinting all the way out. (3)
After running section is done we will move into core work depending how they feel and then from their finish off with 3x20sets of walking straight lunges.
