Unopposed warm up drill, a rondo, with 2 players in the middle closing down the ball, and the outside players keeping the ball inside the circle and 2 touch max. Once a pass is intercepted or ball is lost, the player at fault and player to their left then replaces the defending players in the middle.

This is an opposed possession drill, with 3 teams of 4 players. It begins with 2 teams in the 2 boxes, and the 3rd team starting on the midline with one in the box with the ball. The red team begin with the ball, having to make 5 passes and successfully switch it to the blue team without the yellow player tackling them. Once switched to the blue team, another player from the yellow team then closes down the blue team while they try to complete 5 passes. This goes back and forth between the 2 boxes, trying not to lose possession. However if the player from the yellow team wins the ball back, the yellow team then replace the team that lost the ball. This will run in 5 minute blocks. The aim of this drill is to practice a combination of short quick passes with a switch of play, while keeping possession and not losing the ball.

This is a small sided game, focusing on keeping the ball and using space. There are 6 players on each team, but it is a big pitch, so the aim is to keep the ball and attack into the space in front and go and score.
