Organization: Three Zones
3v1 in bott/top zone
2v1 in middle zone
Instructions: Players play 3v1 in their respective zone to try and penetrate to go forward to opposite zone. If the ball is successfully played to the opposite zone that team receives one point. Defenders that win possession try to dribble out of bounds to win a counter point. Two minute games, keep intensity high. Rotate three defenders after two minutes. Keep two central players for APP (body shape/awareness/ability to break lines).

Live once pass is played into F (striker) with a defender behind. Striker can set E and game becomes 2v1 to goal, or can attempt to spin defender and score himself. Players tactically placed inside areas of the field that they would be playing at the weekend.
Two set up at the same time. One practicing switching to the right, one to the left. Allow players to switch and practice with both feet.
