Passing
Set up as a back 4 and 1 x CM when the ball is in your half of the field with 2 waiting in the opposite half.
Every player in the half has to touch the ball before transferring sides through one of the wide gates (always leave two in side without the ball)
1) player must go through gate on 1 touch (if gate is busy, don't go through)
2) ball can be played through for wide runner (runner must go through gate and can't already be in other half)
3) can play into team mates in opposite half for a quick ball ball to player running through wide gate

Scenario 1
Oppo playing a 4-3-3 with wingers between CB & FB
1) GK to CB, back to GK, straight into FB (same side)
2) GK to CB, back to GK, switch to other CB (to drive forward) or FB (if oppo WF high)
3) GK to CB, CB to CM, CM bounce out to FB (to receive beyond marker)
4) CB drop deeper to receive

Scenario 2
Oppo in 4-4-2
- 2 x ST pushed up on CB's & 4 across midfield with WF tucked in
WFC
- CB drop deeper to receive
- CM drop between the CB's
- FB high, CM drop into FB position
- GK plays directly into FB (2xCM support inside - 1 in front and 1 behind)
