Organization:
1. 15x 15 box
1. players all in the box with a ball
Instructions:
1. coach gives the players a number of touches to take (10, 20, 30...)
2. players dribble around the area and when they've taken the required number of touches they stop and put their hand up, silently.
3. everyone except the first player does ball matery (toe touches, or box touches)
4. if the first player wasn't silent then it goes to the next player.
Coaching Points:
keep your head up while dribbling to see where the other players are and find space.
look to use the pinky toe while dribbling to control the ball.
Progressions:
Progression- anytime a player's ball bumps into another everyone must start from 0 again.
Progression- must perform a turn (pull back, chop, etc) at intervals of 10

Organization:
1. two 10 x 5 boxes about 20 yards apart
1. players split evenly between the boxes, with a ball each
Instructions:
1. players start off dribbling on their respective rafts (boxes)
2. when the coach yells "cross the river!" the players swim (dribble) across the river to the box across from them and stop the ball
3. first team with everyone across gets one point
4. first team to 5 points wins
Coaching Points:
1. dribble with your head up to see where the opposing team is dribbling.
2. keep the ball close with your short touches when near players, then longer when you have space in front of you.
3. use the inside and outside of you feet to push the ball into space if another player is dribbling at you
Progressions:
1. add alligators (cones) into the middle that the kids have to avoid as well
2. add 2 boxes, one north one south, and split the kids into 4 groups. still dribble to opposite box

2. players should be keeping their heads up to see where the defenders and teammates are

Organization:

Story/Description:
1.Players "drive their car" around the area set up as the coach calls out the different lights.
2. Players must respond th the lights properly (green- go, red- stop)
3. If polayers don't respond quickly enough their car "crashes" and they have to repair it with 10 toe touches.
Coaching Points:
1.Make sure you stay in control of your car by taking little touches to keep it close.
2.Watch out for other cars on the road by keeping your head up.
Developments:
Progresssion- start introducing new lights (dance, switch balls)
Progression- work with yellow light as well so that yellow light means short touches, green light is longer touches.
