Player on the ball start the exercise

Once the excersice start the tracking back defender hehind the ball carrier can start working back

When the ball goes past the push out spot the Attacker and Defender on the opposite side of the D joins the drill

Attackers goal - goal, shot, PC

Defenders - no result for attackers and when ball is won play out of zone under control and possession

After 1st ball is dead, a second ball is played in to either attackers or defenders to play the ball out or get a result in the D
