Rondo Squares (20 mins)

Rondo 4 squares. 

Blue are given a line and must maintain it pass the ball throughout the squares. 

once red win the 3 blues in the middle lines are due to defend the reds if the reds get 10 passes its 1 point.

if blues get 10 its 1 point.

Building out from the back with progression focused through middle then WB's.

4's play to 6's allow all players in box to touch ball then spread ball into WB's and WB's play 9 to hold up ball and allow 10 and WB to join in and have to score in mini goal.
