Essenz :
Spieler A hat dann drei Möglichkeiten.
Variationen :
Verschiedene technische Fähigkeiten (Hit, Sweep, Flick).
Unterschiedliche Entfernung zum Laufen oder Passen.

Essence: 2v1 on the Baseline
Baseline ATT and DEF is key to all age groups
Structure:
A passes to B1
B2 starts inside the circle
B1 travels along the baseline trying to avoid A
B1 forms 2v1 with B2 but should at essence be 2v1 on keeper if B1 uses pace along the baseline
Same points scoring as previous baseline drill
Rotation
A to B1
B1 to B2
B2 to A
Pointers:
B1 and B2 must look to go as quickly as possible
B2 should move in the circle filling one of the following zones inside circle
Back post or Penalty spot
Movement inside the circle is key for both B1 and B2 off the ball
Player A must run to channel B1 down the baseline and keep B1's head down so they cannot find an easy pass
Variations:
Evolve into 2v2 whereby an extra defender is in the circle

Essence: 2v2=3v2 on the Baseline
Baseline ATT and DEF is key to all age groups
Structure:
Phase 1
A1 passes to B1
B2 starts inside the circle and is defended by A2
B1 travels along the baseline trying to avoid A1 and connect with B2
B1 forms 2v1 with B2 on A2 if B1 runs at pace
Phase 2
B3 starts with the ball to form with 3v2 (B1,B2,B3 vs A1,A2)
Divide group into 2 and play 4 drills -2 per pitch.
B3 avoids carrying the ball and looks to wait for players to move then pass and get ahead

12 players (3v2)
8 players (2v1)
Both teams have a side of the pitch with an attacking overload, with one team always attacking down the left handside and the other down the right handside. Defending players look to turnover possesion and transition to their attacking side via a player outside the 25m (this player can rotate in and out of the defensive underload) to create a 4v2.
Rotation over if, goal is scored, baseline exit, penalty, ball is transferred to outside player
1 point for scoring down your attacking side
2 points if the defensive overload turns over possesion and sets a transition into attack
3 points if the turnover/transition results in a goal
