Outline
- (2) begins with the ball, plays to (8) and (2) makes run out wide
- Upon recieving the ball, (8) plays to (4) whilst (8) holds off from making a run until (4) passes to (3)
- (3) carries the ball 10 yards before playing the ball out wide for (10) to make a diagonal/ curved run, (3) inverts to fill (10) gap
- First time cross? Cut back? Back post? Drilled across the box?
- From a wingers POV, the decision making is key at this point.
Coaching Points
- Full back makes continuous effort to attack the wide areas at the by line, offering the support for the central players
- Insert match realism, 10 and 8 should make a quick turn and run into the box as oppose to a laboured jog
