Activity 1 - Clear the wall
The objective for the players is to clear the wall in the middle. They have several areas to clear the wall.
Beginner - Small Cones
Developing - Orange Pointy Cones
Competitive - Pug Goals
The objective is to now allow any soccer balls out of their square. If they allow any soccer balls out of the square, they must immediately chase after them before they leave the square. If they do leave the square, can they do 2 pull backs with each foot. Teams get points for how many balls they clear the square with.
2 mins - Rep 1 - Clear the square (Count your score)
2 mins - Rep 2 - Clear the square (Try to beat your previous score)
2 mins - Rep 3 - Change teams (Count your score)
2 mins - Rep 4 - Keep teams (Try to beat your previous score)
2 mins - Rep 5 - Every Player for themselves

1) Plant the standing foot next to the ball,
2) Leaning back to get height on the ball
3) High back swing and then strikethrough the ball,
4) Use instep, laces, outside and toe.
5) Body movement going towards the player or goal they are shooting or passing to

Activity 2 - 3v3
Players will play 3v3 with the repetition changing the variable of the exercises to challenge the players whilst the coach focussing on the shooting technique.
Rep 1 - 4 minutes - Can shoot anywhere in the game area and can move anywhere in the game area.
Rep 2 - 4 minutes - Can only shoot in their half, can still move anywhere.
Rep 3 - 4 minutes - Each square is now 2v1. You can only score in the half you are designated to.
Rep 4 - 4 minutes - Rotate positions

Game - 5v5/6v6
Players will play for 20-25 minutes with a focus on when to shoot and how they shoot depending upon where they are on the soccer field.
- HOW can the GK distribute the ball to their team mates when they have it in their hands?
- WHERE do the defenders go to when it is a goal kick?
- Throws ins... HOW can we inrease the speed of them?

Warm-Up - Soccer Dodgeball & Soccer Wars (10 mins)
Warm-Up - Soccer Wars
All soccer balls will be lined up in the middle and all players will race to get any soccer ball with their feet. The aim of the game is to shoot their soccer balls into the goal and score as many points as possible and count as a team.
Players can use their hands to stop the ball, but can not set themselves up with their hands. They must put the ball to the floor and play from there.
2 mins - Rep 1 - Soccer Wars (Count your score)
2 mins - Rep 2 - Soccer Wars (Try to beat previous score - Both teams)
2 mins - Rep 3 - Soccer Wars (Players can dribble into your side, if they do you can defend against them, if you win their ball off them they must perform 2 pull backs on each foot.
2 mins - Rep 4 - Soccer Wars (Try and enter the other side to shoot more)
