- OrangeV Yellow (Bib accordingly)
Instructions-
- Teamwho started with possession must play passes in each of the 3 zones beforescoring
- Inaddition, if the attacking team plays a pass through one of the passing gates(red markers) and scores, that willcount as two goals

- Firmpass (head over ball, lock ankle, hit centre of the ball using the inside ofthe foot)

Organisational / Instructions
(1) Half of the field.
(2) One goalkeeper, four field players
(3) Goalkeeper passes ball to one of the fullbacks, after receiving the ball the player must touch the ball twice going forward and pass the ball to the next teammate, still going forward
(4) The objective is to pass the ball to each other as they move forward, upon reaching the halfway line, they then turn back and do the same going backward
