Coaching Points:
• Four players per station, two balls.
• One to two minute intervals for players.
• Movement and communication is key. Player on dummy must ask for the pass.
• Once the player trails the ball they should drop quickly to space and be at the half turn. Receive pass on the back foot, and hit the pass down to opposite player with pace. It can be one touch but do not sacrifice efficiency trying to over play.
• When checking away from the dummy the player should check over their shoulder to spot where the defender is. When dropping to space they should check to see where receiving player is before the pass gets to them.
• Players play with both feet, use left foot on one side of the dummy and right on the other side.

Coaching Points:
• Four players, one to two minutes per player. two balls
• Players on the dummy start the drill by checking to the players on the outside and requesting the pass.
• Player does a body feint and pushes the ball with the outside of the foot and moves to space.
• Pass goes to the opposite end, comes directly back, and down to starting point. Players reset and start the drill over.
• Player must use proper body movement to sell the feint. The outside push should be to space to represent beating a defender closing you down.
• Proper pace and accuracy are critical to this drill.
• Players must check their shoulders and see what space the player they are passing to is in.

Drill one (10 mins)
Coaching Points:• Three players per station, one to two minute intervals per player. • Movement and communication are key, Player should be calling for the ball when they move and are ready. Passing player releases the ball only when commanded to.• Passes should be weighted properly. Pace should be good but not so strong that it makes first touch difficult.
• Passing players should be on toes and bouncing, ready for the return pass. On return pass the player says "trail" to tell the moving player to pass back.
• Moving player should get enough space away from dummy to not allow a live defender to tackle or intercept the pass.
• Game like intensity! Accuracy counts!
• When moving left the player passes with left and vice versa. This should be one touch passing. Adjust for experience level. 2 touch is acceptable.
