Organization: as shown. 4 players per channel.
Instructions: players start in middle of channel.
A starts play with lateral touch. B moves opposite to the touch of A. C gets in line with the first player so we create a triangle.
After touch, A passes to B.
B receives back foot and passes to C. C runs with the ball and performs a V-move
Rotation- A to B, B to C, C to A.
Coaching Points:
Open body shape
Pass the back foot
Check shoulder as you move
Quality of V-move
Progressions:
10 seconds to complete rotation for 1 point in your group.

Organization:
same as technical. Now have 1 player from opposite team become the shadow defender in the opposing team's channel.
Instructions: Same as technical... Now defender is allowed to move off of the pass. Defender can only steal the pass.
Coaching Points:
Option 1- Defender close but not pressing, quick touch inside and pass. V-move if the defender responds to the first touch.
Option 2- Defender pressuring tight, touch around the corner
Option 3- Defender tries to force me back or intercept pass, use body to shield them off and either spin to the outside... or double pass.
Progressions:
1. Semi opposed
2. 2 minute round. Defender goes live off of pass. Defender wins it and plays it to A, 1 point. Attacking team complete the rotation and B plays to C, 1 point. C finishes out the play with a 1 v 1 vs defender to try and earn the team an extra point.
3. Rotate defenders so each player gets a chance to defend.

Instructions: 3 teams. 1 team as neutrals. Play from target to target for a point. Point cannot be target playing to target directly.
Coaching Points:
Look for the diagonal pass through the lines.
Decisions to invite pressure into the wide areas to create a 1 v 1.
Trust your teammate. Play the pass into them and let them decide whether to beat that player or decision to play it back to you.
Support behind the ball.
Movement of the target player to get open.
Progressions:
Rotate teams. 3 minute games.

Organization: Field width of the 18 yard box extending to the bottom of the circle. 2 GK or can play to pug goals with no GK. 3 teams of 4 for a tournament. Balls at center field on sideline with coach. Add neutral player if uneven numbers.
Instructions: First team to score in a 3 minute game wins and stays on. Winner gets 3 points for their team. If game tied after 3 minutes the team on longest is off. Both teams get 1 point for their team. Rules of the game in place. Throw ins, goal kick, and corner kicks on out of bounds.
Coaching Points: Use natural stoppages and individual coaching points in the flow for feedback more to allow players opportunity to show they can make decisions in possession without coach telling them what to do.

Organization:
-13 cones. 1 area setup cones staggered 3 yards side to side, front to back. 1 area setup cones in line with 1.5 feet spacing between cones.
Instructions:
- Go twice through each time. Switch lines after each run through.
Coaching Points:
- Running the knees and light on our feet not stomping down. Balance and control of body.
Progressions:
Cone line:
(1). 2 feet in each
(2). Weave through shuffling side to side.
(3). 2 forward, 1 back through end.
(4). Around each cone figure 8s through the end.
Staggered:
(1). Side to side shuffling.
(2). Hopping 2 feet 1 forward, 1 back to the side.
(3). Hopping with control 1 cone to the next side to side (slow).
(4). Side to side but run around each cone.
