Organization:
1. 6-12 Players in each Station.
2. Stack of balls.
3. Size - 20x20
Instructions:
1. Players will be involve in passing pattern activity.
2. P1 will pass to P2
3. P3 will open up to recieve to connect with P4.
4. P4 will pass with P5.
5. P5 will take a 1st touch to connect a pass to the next player at the starting point.
6. Everyone will follow thier pass.
Coaching Points:
1. Postive 1st Touch - Cushion the ball - Locked Ankle.
2. Check Shoulder - Awareness of your surrounding and ready to execute next action.
3. Side-on Position - Open hips to view the field and facing next target player.
4. Technical Sharpness- Ankle Locked to distribute with firmness and pace.
5. Movement - Recognition when to support off the ball to connect.

2. Eight zones of 12x12yds.
3. 16-18 players.
Instructions:
1. 8v8 + 2 neutrals.
2. One player per zone, Two players start in central zone. Neutral players can move anywhere in grids.
3. Players work on creating overloads. Attacking team can send ONE players into each zone.
4. One point for 6 passes.
Coaching Points:
1. Checking over shoulder - Scanning the field.
2. Cushion 1st touch in tight areas/ beat defender with first touch.
3. Ability to play a one touch pass - Ideas before receiving - quick feet, body position before receiving - correct contact on the ball (use momentum of pass) - Low follow through.
4. Get into a rhytm and flow (ping pong)
5. Ability to create numerical superiority.
Progressions:
1. One defender can join to help in grid.
2. THREE TOUCH MAX TO START ACTIVITY - PROGRESS TO TWO.

2. Field is layed out into 5 vertical zones.
3. Players can score after completing 8 passess.
4. Use zones to learn Positional Play - Beginner concepts.
Coaching Points:
1. Ability to play one touch to get out of tight areas.
2. Speed of wide players to back pedal to create maximun width.
3. Movement off thee ball is key to possession success. WORK SMART! provide correct angles of support - Bounce passes are vital to relieve pressure.
4. Learn principles of positional play. Numerical Superiority & Players creating maximun width to exploit pressing from opponent.
