First simple passing and receving drills working on first touch

SSG working on getting the ball wide and playing back inside with either a two touch or one touch decision. Wide players body position , and location is key

Player A passes to Player B and they open up to go to the right then they make a turn away from the cone and come back and pass to player B
Player B opens up and and does the same thing.
Do inside turn, outside turn , step over turn
2nd Part We go to drag the ball past the cone and play back right away

SSG- With working on getting it wide
Players in the middle play 4 v4 or 5 v 5
Players on outside run up and down the wings for both teams but must pass back into the middle once they are passed to.
In defending half of the team with possession they can two touch but in teams attacking half must one touch
