無分隊

教練先做馬台, 讓球員跳. 落起後上前盤球, 傳給隊友再接球, 再傳及龍門, 龍門接球傳給另一隊友盤球回中圈完成.

AIMS:

提升跳躍能力, 膽量, 盤控傳在有要求下的穩定性.

BEHAVIOURS:

左右腳都要用到, 身體方向, 變速, 學懂失敗


CONDITIONS:

用限時, 提升速度

限腳數,
