Setup:
24m x 10m area split into two 12m x 10m areas.
3 v 3 in the setup.
Explanation:
The ball starts from the back with the attacking team (red).
Two blues enter the reds half while the other stays on the end line in their own half.
Reds must first dribble over the halfway line (1 Point) and the score by dribbling over the end lin ein the opposition half (3 Points).
If the blues win the ball in the opposition half the game starts with the blues in their own half.
If the reds score they ball starts back from their half with a new player at the back for both teams.
Progressions:
Reduce the size of the area.
Limit the attacking team to 2 passes per play (encourage the 1v1).
Key points:
Can you create space on the side you want to attack? (taking your touch the opposite direction)
Can you attack the defender at pace?
Can you continue to attack the space create once you get beyond the defender?
Can you use deception to create space for you to attack?

40m x 25m area, with a 4m scoring zone at each end.
Explanation:
To score players must dribble into the end zone and then finish in the goals.
Play always starts from behind the end line.
If you are seeing enough 1v1s you can introduce a second ball into the game.

Setup:
10m x 10m area, 4 setups.
3 players in each setup.
Explanation:
Player A passes to player B then closes them down as the defender.
Player B attempts to score by dribbling over either side line (shown in diagram).
The ball is then passed to the next person at player A's position, the defender becomes the attacker and the process starts again.
Progressions:
Introduce a competition, the group of 3 compete to see who can score the most points in a certain amount of time. You get one point for scoring.
