F.SPRINTS LR STEP 1 - 6x5m30sec + 4 x 15m45sec + 2x25m with 60sec Pancake swap sprints.
Players returning from Injury are on: technical work - 10 reps volleys side foot, laces headers, chest volleys then juggling together one ball.
