Skill
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
- One of the players on one of the outside cones is going to play a ball into the red player in the middle zone.
- The player in the middle zone is going to show the ball and try to turn in play to the other side.
- The player in blue should press once the ball is received and try to stop the switch.
- The players will follow their pass. So, when the person on the outside plays the person in the middle they will jog to the middle for the next go. The person in the middle, after turning and playing the other side, will follow the run and jump in the back of the line.
- The player switch out after a couple times.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- the objective is to receive the ball, turn, and play out.
- the challenge is is that there is going to be a defender on the players back that’s turning, so they should be aware of where that player is in order to determine which direction to turn.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
- this is just a 5V5 plus goalies.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- Objective is to turn and shoot the ball.
- In order to score players must complete four consecutive passes.
- they also must receive the ball away from the goal, turn, and then shoot.
- Players should be aware of their surroundings when turning because of the opposition possibly at their back.

- the player on the purple cone will play the ball into the player on the green cone.
- After receiving the ball, the player on the green con will open up and play it to the player on the yellow cone
- the player on the yellow cone will play it back tot he player on the green cone and make a run on the out side.
- The player on the green cone will play the ball in front of the person front the yellow cone making the run.
- Players should flower their pass.
- The people on the green cone will alternate which side they play it to.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- The target is to play the ball quickly and get to the next spot quickly.
- Players should try to play the give and go in one touch passes.
- When turning, players should receive the ball with their back foot and play it with the other.
