Possession exercise with team. 3v3 in the middle, 2 bumper player split on each side. Keeping possession as long as possible using good technique and communication with each other.

- Switch in with player on the side when you use the bumper player.
- Score in the goal once a team has made switches on both sides of the field.

Attack 4v3. Ball begins half way down sideline (along top). Midfielder drops out of red box and switches play to two wide players. Play 2v1 down the side and score or deliver for midfielder who switched ball or first passer from far side who are attacking the area in front of the goal.
Switch ends. White team attackers, black defenders.
- Quality of 2v1 attack down the side, and speed of the player switching play.
