- GK will start in the middle of the goal

- set for a center volley and perform the catch. 

- GK will then return ball and go through cones with fast foot work. 

- after exiting the cones, Gk will set for an angled volley. 

- perform on both sides and progress into shots from angles.

- GK will start on far post. 

- with proper footwork, they will travel across to the other post for a one or two touch,( progress to volleys)

- Then GK will travel back across the goal but in line for the angled volley (progress to shots).

- TWO GK's will be floating on each side of the goal and passing back and forth. 

- GK in goal will be moving, setting, and following the ball. 

-the two GK's passing at any time can take a touch and shoot or take a one touch shot. 

- GK will have to be moving and setting frequently while staying in the line of the ball and be prepared for an angled shot, anywhere, at any moment.
