Coaching Points

* Decision making. When to pass, when to dribble.

• What do we do to the pitch in possesstion - Near and Far

•Calm on the ball

* Movment of the ball.

Warm Up

In twos playes work togethr to pass n move. Playes are looking t receave the ball on thebck foot to play in a diffreant direction.

- Can players use 2/3 touch

- Can player pass in inbetween the gaps of other players. This requires movment of the ball into space.

Main Session

3 Teams. 2 teams keeping possession, 1 team defending.

The aim for the team in possession is to keep the ball from the defending team, and try and passs across to the other side, but passing through the gaps of defenders. Once the ball get tranfered over the other side, a new defender can go into the area and put preasure on.

This encurages players to make quick decisions as players will become under presure quickly when in possession.

2 teams in possession. 1 team defending. Aim is to keep possession of the ball while maintaining good qaulity of pass and movement of the ball.

The team who loses possession, is the team who becmes the new defending team.

SSG - 4v4/5v5 + 1
