Organisation
4 Goalkeepers (2x u8's & 2x u9's). Paired up with othe age group GK.
1 Football between each pair, with spares placed in a nest in the centre.
Gate of cones set up the length of the goalkeeper in question.
1 GK is to serve, while the other GK is working.
Server throws the ball to opposite cone where GK has to get across & make a diving save.
Progressions/Regressions
Start on one knee for beginers so they can grasp the technique as well as fear of the floor.
