Instructions:
Player perform a move inside the area and then pass to a player on the outside and switch places. Process repeats.
Coaching Points:
- Connection. Name on every pass, want the ball
- Quality of pass - driven in
- Quality of fake, slow down on entry, sell the fake when executing, quick away on exit
Progressions/Regressions:
- Ensure player attempt moves and passes with both feet

Instructions:
One team attacks first. Defender begins with ball and passes across to attacker who dribbles towards defender and attempts to beat them with a move. If attacking player dribbles the ball (controlled) through gates they receive onepoint. If defending player wins the ball, they attempt to score by shooting into goals. After 90 seconds, teams switch sides and roles.
Coaching Points:
- Dribble towards defender at speed
- Timing of move
- Accelarate past defender into open space
- Be creative while attempting to beat defender
- Attempt moves previously worked on if possible

Coaching Points:
- Quality of pass (weight, accuracy, texture)
- Body shape (side on)
- Sharp movement to receive the ball (timing)

- Add in a disguise to each pass (body shape, eyes, hips)
