DESCRIPTION:
Pitch Size : 12m x 12m square marked using 4 flat markers , pole placed in the centre.
Time Management : 15 minutes - 3' x 4 sets x 20"
Equipment : 4 flat markers I 1 pole I 8 balls I Group
- Players are divided into groups (A and B) and stand opposite their group members.
- One coach’s command, the players dribble to the middle cone and complete a skill move.
AIMS:
- Improve existing dribbling techniques
- Introduce new dribbling techniques
BEHAVIOURS:
- Keeping the ball close
- Timing and execution of skill moves
- Speed change after skill move
CONDITIONS:
- Use different types of skill
- Use both feet
- Add some disguise/fake to the skill
DISTRIBUTION:
- Players begin the practice by themselves

Equipment: 2 mini-goals I 3 yellow markers for scoring zone line I 6 red markers for the rectangle I 10 balls I Group

- The attacker tries to beat the defender 1v1. After attacking, the player becomes the defender immediately and should be ready for the next attack.
- The original defender must sprint out from the pitch.
- If the defender recovers the ball, he can counterattack to the single gate to dribble in.
AIMS:
- Improve execution of dribbling moves under pressure
- Encourage use of body feints and movements to beat thedefender
- Observe players' ability to be creative
BEHAVIOURS:
- Identify where the defender is vs the free space
- Use of feints and body movements - timing and execution
- Attack the space when it is available
- Good execution of dribbling moves - distance
CONDITIONS:
- 7 seconds to score
- Coach serves the ball

- A passes to B of the same team and a 1v1 begins
- Players can only score in the scoring area / transition - defender become a attacker attack other 2 small goals

- Improve first touch to set up a chance to penetrate by dribbling*
- Improve timing and execution of dribbling moves
- Allow creativity
BEHAVIOURS:
- Identify where the defender is vs the free space

CONDITIONS:
- B attacker must make a feint movement before receiving a pass if
- Both players must sprint out of the pitch when the game finishes (can add some exercises for them to do, too)
- Have two games going at once as soon as the players understand the rotation

DISTRIBUTION:
- A attacker should pass slightly ahead of B attacker to allow them to run on to the ball
